Crawler Cranes
Crawler cranes feature caterpillar tracks for stability and mobility. Adjustable configurations, like boom length and counterweight, enhance lifting capacity. They can lift while moving, offering flexibility in operations.
Mobile Cranes
Mobile cranes offer independent road travel and minimal on-site assembly. Featuring hydraulic expandable booms, they provide versatility. Some models, like rough terrain cranes, allow movement across uneven and unprepared ground.
Gantry Systems
Gantries consist of legs and an overhead beam. Hydraulic gantries use hydraulic legs for lifts by retracting them. They can move loads by traveling on a track, unlike conventional lifting equipment.
Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT)
SPMTs offer flexible transport solutions with up to 8 axle lines. Each module supports loads up to 44 tons per axle line, with 360-degree wheel steering for maneuverability.
Self-Propelled Trailer (SPT)
An SPT features a motorised module, used for transporting oversized and heavy loads. It can carry up to 36 metric tons per axle line and is 3 meters wide, transportable on a flatbed truck.
Prime Movers
A prime mover is a heavy-duty truck designed to push or pull conventional trailers. Multiple units may be used to transport heavy loads on public roads.
Conventional Trailers
Heavy load trailers feature a high-capacity frame with up to 40 tons per axle line. They can be connected or coupled to create larger trailers. External propulsion, like trucks, is needed for movement, and load spreading frames ensure even weight distribution. Ideal for long haul transportation.
Jacking & Skidding Systems
Hydraulic jacks lift heavy loads in various models and sizes, operated manually or with a power pack, suitable for tight spaces or tensioning chains/cables. Skidding equipment moves heavy loads along a metal track with Teflon blocks.
